Pamela

Hello! My name is Pamela Davis. Welcome to the Well-Done Life.

The well-done life was born out of my desire to create a safe space for women to share our stories so that we can learn and grow from each other. This is a place for bringing out the best in each other by tapping into our “inner expert.” We are “experts”; we just don’t know it. Our experiences have equipped us to handle things, but we don’t feel like we have enough space to do that authentically. This isn’t about coming up with a cookie-cutter solution to help you live someone else’s best life. My goal is to tap into the “expert” inside you and help you bring her out. Once that inner expert has realized, your dreams become realities, and your challenges become bearable because you know that you’re equipped to achieve them. That’s the key to living a well-done life. I didn’t always know that. I learned that when I was at a low point in my life.

On December 20, 2010, my father suddenly passed away. He and my mother were living in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, at the time. My sister and I were living together in Orlando. In a matter of three hours, our lives changed forever. My sister and I became caregivers to my ill mother. Between the adjustment of moving my mother in, finalizing their affairs in Ft. Lauderdale, and grieving, I was thrust into a deep depression. That depression lasted for a long-time. Luckily, I found myself through therapy and self-discovery. That’s what led me to start “The Well-Done Life.”

I want to show other women that they’re not alone. We all have gone through tons of changes from “Life Living.” But we can still thrive. I want to show you that your journey is unique, just like you. So, that means we need to customize our approach to achieving our goals. I’m not an expert. I’m a woman who has hit rock bottom and made it to the other side. I want to help you do it too. Let’s live “The Well-Done Life” together.

The Well-Done Life Brand is an everyday woman well-being lifestyle – one based on life experiences and solutions that already exist within her. This solution is neither based on ‘theory,’ nor is it data-driven, including medical bias. Because she is equipped with the tools and instruments she needs, the Well-Done Life simply helps guide her along her new path to the life that is waiting to be lived.”
